By telling us your cycle length and start date we will handle letting you know when your body is most primed to burn carbs and good options for that day. Its that easy! Selecting your start date and length gives us a good idea of how you'll hormones will be fluctuating. 

If your don't know then follow the link in your confirmation email to enroll with one of your specialists to help you start tracking!

Select meal preferences

She Eats wants to help you be able to eat all of your favorite foods! Let us know what those are, what you'll never touch, as well as any allergies or sensitivities so we can design a plan with everything you love at the right time so you can fuel your body and feel your best!

Check out your She Eats Portal

Now that your all set up check out all the She Eats portal has to offer!

Go hang out on the community board. Here you will find women just like you on a journey to harness their hormones, extra recipes to try, challenges, and support.
